It's a color management software.I want to use it but it requires some sort of membership.

That's licensed software, you pay for a 1 user license, and sharing such software via the internet is not part of the license agreement since it is not public software.
If you are interested in color mgmt and planning to create your own profiles I rather would recommend you to look for the entry level Color Munki product which you can find used on Ebay etc or its successor i1Studio
