The ftp mail.racs.co.bw server is often down, so if you get a time out error, try again later. The server seems to be located in Botswana, maybe it is only online during business hours? Time zone = GMT + 2 hours. I experienced this server being unavailable late evening (CET) two days ago

Thanks Peter, for the useful info. I tried to exchange a part of paper feed gear box from an older printer to the iP90. When I tried to remove it from the older printer I broke the wheel!
So now I've got two broken printers.
