I looked back through your posts, and you never mentioned what carts/inks you are using. If you are using 3rd party prefilled or refilled carts, there is a possibility that a different black ink will help. Some inks aren't as good at generating the small bubbles required to push the ink drops out of the nozzles as they should be.
It is also possible that the cart isn't feeding ink to the cart discharge properly. Remove the black cart, hold it over a wadded up paper towel and gently blow into the vent port on the top front of the cart. Ink drops should be pushed out of the exit with less than 10% of the pressure required to blow up a balloon. Again, the fix would be a new cart.
