Removing ink from 4800 Cartridge (Artainium)

Hello

I need to remove the ink from an Artainium 110ml cartridge for an Epson 4800 and put it in a CIS bottle. Best way to do so?

A plain syringe without needle should suffice. I would recommend a 60 ml version
