I'd recommend dropping a line to Sam Cahir at Rihac.com.au and see what the skinny is regarding the chips.

Rihac already have a T50 CIS unit but there's no guarantee that a T50 kit will work with the P50 as it seems that Epson have been working hard on this model including a much harder to break Adjustment Utility...

Anyway, Sam will have a much clearer idea of what's what.

LOL... sorry just realised that you've interpreted my sentence as an obfuscated email address..

If you lookup the contact details for Rihac.com.au and mark it FAO of Sam it'll reach him... Sorry about the confusion.

P50 is the European version of T50, Epson Artisan 50.
InkRepublic does sell great Artisan 50 CIS and all you need just request P50 chipsets from them instead of T50.
They do sell both.
In my opinion, Artisan 50's tubing is different from R285, R280, but it works as great as R280. Steve Mathieu has his setup on their site too.

good luck with your finding!

I bought my T50 in Oct 2009. I am using Sepom CISS. It really works.
