Hello,
I'm Redox, from France.
I am currently trying to save an Epson Stylus Pro 3880 that hadn't printed for a few years...
I had the black leak problem, I followed the cleaning instruction in the thread of A. Wulff, I cleaned all the dampers and the back plate, the black ink seems to have stopped leaking !
But...
Now I have a problem with yellow ink leaking.
First I had a big leak of black and yellow, it seemed that I had not tighten enough the screws of the lines, so I have tighten them again and the black ink definitely stopped leaking.
Here are some pics :
First I thought that the leak was at the junction between the back plate and the nozzles but it seems that the ink hasn't flowed there, it is too clean...
Does anybody can help me find the origin ?
Thanks,
Redox
