R3000 - strange paper jam allert

I hope anybody can help me. If I print from Photoshop n 10x15 paper (300g lustre), the printer draws the paper in (correct in my eyes) but then gives a paper jam alert again and again.

if I use the same paper on A5 / A4 / A3 there is no problem.

if I use the 10x15cm Paper with the epson printing tool there is also no problem (but there I have no color management)

Any ideas?

Is it an actual paper jam or an error like 'wrong format' or similar ?

no in my opinion it is no paper jam. If I pull out the paper it has o damage or dents.

If I reuse the very same paper with the epson printing tool it works. There is also no format warning.

hmmm, what happens if you use another type of paper, not 300gr but something like a 220 or 240 gr paper and cut to exactly the same format 10x15 and try again. And you may test as well whether the format makes a difference - 10x15cm is slightly smaller than 4" x 6" which is a typical paper format setting in programs. I'm not really clear yet whether it is a paper problem or a format problem.

I only get the paper jam alert when using photoshop so I think it is not problem of the paper - or am I wrong?

The question would be how Photoshop can create a paper jam, or a paper feed problem, so it would help in this case to confirm or deny that assumption by testing this with another type of paper with the same format. The printer has a sensor at the printhead carriage to check the position of the first paper edge and the width of the paper and if it finds a mismatch between the software setting of 4"x6" and an actual paper of 100x150mm it may create an error condition, other software may treat both of these formats the same. Are you trying to print borderless ? Is this a new problem or did it show up already earlier ? What has changed if it is a new problem - e.g. different paper type or supplier ? Or didn't you print this format before ?
