R2000 - color spill, what's the reason?

What might be causing this? Yellow got some darker shade, orange as well, magenta (2nd from the left) looks like it got some orange. I cleaned the "left sponge", the wiper blade and the print head with soaked sponge strip. Obviously I didn't clean something to the required level, but I'm waiting for the ingredients to prepare the Pharmacist's cleaning mixture.

I think I have a piece of lint, a thread or something like that under the print head. Black was going into orange, now orange into photo black
