Problem with Cyan & Magenta Nozzles

Some useful lessons I learnt during all this ... thought I must share...
1) Never ever use 'force' of any kind and aggression for cleaning the printhead...
2) Not always the printhead is the culprit...
3) Be broad minded when you come accross any complex mechanism like a printer...
4) Be patient... Be alert... dig deeper into the subject before going nuts and trying something harsh...

Thanks for the reply... As you said it was indeed a purge unit problem initially. After that it became the carriage problem because of the canon personnel. And finally a printhead problem due to my aggressive cleaning methods

By the way, is there any hope for the printhead ??? Please take a look at this nozzle check pattern. Is this printhead recoverable... any suggestions ?
