@martincregg, can have some great music in his ears, and not to mention the sound of money been saved too, why don’t you get a second printer while you’re at it, they both should ship at the one cost... ;)

I already have a fairly new Pro-100 so I think one will suffice for now :)

Too bad for me - it is now $449.00 with rebate. Bummer. Thanks for the info though.

It is now $150. You will need to apply the promo code of PRO10 at the checkout page.

Now looking at the rebate, it is good for until Dec31. 2017 but not the promo code necessarily.

Here's what one can do and I could be wrong. Purchase the printer and apply the promo code.

The rebate is also good at a host of other dealers.

https://www.acbpromotions.com/canon...Paper AMEX Reward Card [9/1/2017 - 9/31/2017]

Now if you're looking for a newer camera and one on the list of rebates, I suspect you can purchase it on Black Friday when they are highly discounted and then afterwards send in the rebate for a total rebate of $350 if you got paper as well.

So you end up with a Free Pro-10. Correct me if I am wrong and someone else should check the methodology and see where I might be wrong.

Using the link from the OP in the first post: http://procam.com/canon-pixma-pro-10-wireless-professional-inkjet-printer.

There is a $250 rebate through December 31, 2017. The discount code PRO10 takes $350 off the price of the printer. Total discounts = $600. Subtracting discounts from the cost of the printer ( $700 - $600) results in a cost of $100. Add tax and shipping, both of which you can see the cost before entering in your personal data and credit card, which totaled ~$76 for me in Ohio, making total cost of the printer + tax + shipping - rebates and discounts = ~$176. Still a great deal.

Edited - Incorrect rebate amount initially used!!!

I'll try this again...

This printer can still be had for $100 bucks (not counting shipping).

The rebate is for $250 bucks since they are shipping the printer with the 50 pack of paper, which brings the rebate to $250.

So $349 procam price (not including shipping) minus $250 is $99 bucks, factor in an additional $50 to $70 bucks for shipping.

You are correct! I had the wrong rebate amount initially. All is well now. Thanks.

I couldn't resist. Pigment printing, here I come!

Now, if Precision will just get that new ink set ready... ;)

Does the receipt itemize the paper and the printer separately?
