Printing on black or dark envelopes with white ink using an inkjet printer

1- An alternative answer would be to print a self-adhesive label in black with white lettering reversed out and stick the label onto the black envelope.. Quickest option..

2- P.S. envelopes won’t wear your laser printer out..

1- Yes, but I want to directly onto envelopes if possible.

2- That's arguable. There are warranty voiding precautions for printing on envelopes, stated in manuals of printers from even OKI, which are LED and not laser, and are made to print more reliably on envelopes due to their paper path being more straight than laser printer.
