Printing Negatives on OHP Transparents Alternative Processes

I have downloaded quadtone RIP and started reading about it...
well it looks like a new stage of an impressive machinery, but also a good way to get there, with controle.

From what I read a combination of different colour ink can do a better job blocking uv's so it's not going to be a pure bw neg...

You mention blocking UV, so is the alternative process printed circuit board making? If so there are simpler methods that could also be satisfactory.
