One of the first generation printers with the possibility of stand alone printing. A small preview screen was bought as an expensive extra.

Hi Lucas28, what is the vintage of this Epson printer? I remember that years ago the "breadbox" design was popular. Canon i865/965, HP DJ 930, Lexmark Z51, and others also used this design. The successor to the Canon i865 was the iP4000 with a regular box design. The iP4000 might have started a new design trend.

My favourite printer is the Canon iP5200, but I think a picture of this printer would be boring, a picture of my i965 might be better, so I will try to see if I can get a good picture of that printer.

Hi Peter, The white printer is the Epson Photo 895. It was introduced in2001 and one year later replaced by the less popular Photo 915. The cover of the original printer was damaged and I replaced it with the cover of a 915.

The Canon i865 was a nice design indeed, from 2003? Canon also had the i250, in a funny 'toaster' design. My father owned one.
This is a photo of my father and my wife. It was taken on the day I showed him how to print photos. On the table is a A4 sheet with 4 photos.
