I have HP 1315 PSC for the last 5 yrs.I never got it serviced or whatever. It was giving me fantastic zero maintenance service by printing well.
I bought Original HP 27,28 Cartridges. Two days back.
Also,i didnt use the printer for 9-10 months.
One day i needed to get some printout. But the Printer was not taking up papers. It always shows up the message"Load more Paper....".
I got it serviced.Previosly it wasnot priniting the Test Page even. Now after servicing it is prinitign. At the shop,it also printes some papers.
But after some more days,it has again giving me the same problem. It always shows "Load More Paper".
I have new HP27 & old HP 28 installed in it.
Once again i tried to print a test page, but this it took the paper but it came out as it is.No print out this time on it.
I really dont knw what's going on...???

Plz help..!!!!!!

Well, the print has started printing. However the speed is just slower & so slower.Sometimes the paper stops in between printing, takes pauses & again prints. But it is printing.
I tried helpline before when i wanted to get my inkjet serviced. But they refused saying that HP dnt service them.
Instead they said me to get it done locally.

It is certainly worthwhile in your case to uninstall your printer drivers, then re-install them. I have had to do it with this model, and it has made a difference.
Also, your printer is 5-6 yrs old now, and it migh be showing it's old age.

And, why do you not use the #56 black cartridge instead of the smaller #27? In Canada, they cost about the same, but the 56 gives you 19ml of ink, and the 27 only 10 ml.

Well thanx Manuchau.
Driver uninstall & install also didnt bring any noticeable change. Its just the age factor that i am feeling.
Yes,u are true.i should take 56 instead of 27.But the cost diff is huge.I got 27& 28 as a combo pack for Rs1770(with bill).
27 alone was for around Rs 900.
56 alone was for Rs 1070.
Combo of 56 was available for Rs 1800.
But i needed colored also.
56+57 combo was for Rs 2450.
So didnt buy that.Instead went for 27,28.

I will def buy 56,57 in future.

IP3000 printhead problem. I have uploaded a couple of scans of alignment and nozzle check pattern. Half the first magenta nozzle check is light - same as next solid band, and half dark and correct. This leads to bands appearing on all colour prints. The alignment printout shows the same problem with alignment column set C dog toothed for the upper half of all patterns. Is this a blocked jet problem or an electrical problem? I have tried endless cleaning and cleaning of purge pads, changed the usb lead etc. Can I get advice on this before buying a new print head? BTW I do not see how to start a new post and nor can I see how to add the two uploaded images to this post? Not sure how you will find the scans - they start with ip 3000....alignment and then nozzle test...

Adam...you will get a better response if you post your questions as new, separate topics. People may not see it in this thread.
