You can find a Gamut viewer on Coloris to compare ICC Profiles with other profiles or jpeg picture.
With this function you can check if you can print all picture's colors on your print.

With Coloris you can create ICC profiles, Check Light, Read colors, Compare Colors, etc...
It's support ColorMunki Photo, I1 Pro et DTP20 -Pulse spectrophotometers.

Looks very interesting.

I had great difficulty accessing information from their website in English.

Will return for an in-depth look when I have more time.

I think the biggest problem, as Roy points out, is that printer gamut is very dependant on the ink/paper combination. If anyone doubts that, take a look at these...

I don't doubt it ...
.. to my understanding the possible gamut of a print virtually depends ONLY on the ink and paper!

Correct me if I'm wrong - but these are the "color media", the printer has to use them and make the best, not the most colorful but the most true colored, prints out of it.

Fill 6 shades of grey (a b&w ink set) in your printer - what about the gamut?
Or print on grey paper - what about the gamut?

Claiming a gamut for a printer to me is like claiming a gamut for a painter with a brush in his hand, without paint and canvas...

Users of Gamutvision may have found that their original version 1.3.7 no longer works in Windows 10.

www.gamutvision.com has released version 1.4 which is identical to version 1.3.7 but does work with WIN10. This software is now free.

The possible gamut of a print dépends on kind of inks, paper, printer (number of inks used (ex: CMYK + orange + green+ Red + violet...)
Coloris is a software developped by my son and myself.
Today with Coloris, you can analyse light, read a color, compare, find a spotcolor like Pantone, RAL, or create your own swatch book, create ICC profiles (RGB and CMYK), etc...
It's an ArgyllCMS GUI.
We are creating a new version, with more functions and a new design.

Seems to be a really professional GUI for argyll.
I will report after some practical use and trials.

After first trials with "coloris" i must admit, I'm still impressed by the modern design, but the functions are limited and the printout size of the charts was a matter of luck..
So I'm waiting for the new version.

Just one general point: more information what the buttons and options are meaning and doing, more user control (like defining the number of pages for one target, etc...)
... and as you say, more functions (.. like precondition target etc... and what about camera profiling? I haven't done this yet and would like to try but it may turn out irrelevant ..)

I tried argyll, but as a happy user of colomunki original software I'm no expert regarding the possibilities of this software.

We don't know if we are going to develop the camera profiling...
