now i can say that you are perfects in printers, thanks again
it is sure now that it is not blocked nozzles, it is electric problem
i open the printer completely and clean every part and open the print head itself and cleaned it
after all of this the problem still present, BUT the printing in color became brilliant
so i will get new head
now i use the matte paper option it is slower but excellent
i blocked the pigmented black carts to avoid the printer to use it
also i need your advice for new printer
i need to buy new printer and i need this options
1) brilliant photo printing and documents
2) easy for refill carts with bulk ink smoothly
3) no this stupid errors and electric problems
4) separate color carts (many carts)
5) HP or Canon or Epson which is better
