The Canon Site does not support Win10 for this MP620 but if you select Win8 it is supposed to work. I have tried downloads from the States and Uk and I get the same result. It was working fine but now is displaying the same scanner driver error. I did see a You tube video which showed selecting folder options looking for hidden files, then App Data then M/S Windows look for network short cuts and delete the file. A bit too advanced for me. I could not find the path anyway. Thanks for all the suggestions. I do not have the relevant CD. will look at PeterBJ suggestion to look at software as apposed to program downloads.
