It looks a lot more than it was. Main was a small steak cooked in the French style despite asking for Bien Cuit (well done) it came out like it was still on the hoof

As my 94 year old uncle says... you can have your steak cooked anyway the chef wants it.

Sorry I only except Cremation, and yes live animals were harmed in the process, because I don’t like my steak moving after I put the salt on it...
