I tried mustard a couple of times on @stratman recommendation, and frankly I could see what all the hype was about, far from enhancing the meat flavour, it Feckin changed it completely, so no more mustard for me, a definite no, twice was enough...Yes, The Hat, there was mustard.
P.S. I like the Pic of the Beef Franks, keep them coming with or without the mustard....
