I havent bought this printer yet maybe I should go for a previous modelIm not even sure if suitable ink is available for it yet. The instructions look a little too Hit n Miss for comfort. Has anybody had success using this method (without using stoppers i.e.peeling off label) to actually refill the above cartridges?

The drill used in the above picture is big in diameter as these cartridges were prepared for ciss. For refilling you could use a smaller diameter drill.
Yes, this method works. I use it with a Pixma MP250 printer.
