Peach ink tanks?

Smudger, I thought ink had a shelf life, am I wrong, maybe I've seen it on HP tanks?

What if St. Peter or Mr Devil want borrow a fiver, don't wanna get on bad terms do I?

Typically manufacturers give ink a shelf life of 2 years, in reality as long as the ink is not visually contaminated it can last a lot longer that that. Store ink away from bright light and in a cool environment. (IE not on a window ledge next to a heater/radiator). and it will often be fine past 2 years.

Who knows? Some of the refiller-ists seem to be getting fungal infections in their old tubes, but boys, there are two types of fungal infections in your tubes, and you don't want the second one.

The Go Ink ones are sealed in a sort of food packaging, so I presume they will last a year, like biscuits. (see pic) I stockpiled while prices are low, given that both printers use the same cart.

Un-used new cartridges with the tape seal and outlet still in tact will last for many many years and I reckon the 3rd party ink suppliers are been very wise and cautious putting a two years life span on their inks, because the bottle gets opened immediately after purchase which then exposes it to what ever.
