I now have two surplus lower paper cassettes for the iP4500.

Does anyone know what Pixma printers they may be compatible with? The part number?

I know they aren't worth much, just hate sending things to the landfill. I'd rather someone might get some use from them.

Thanks!

Found this on manualslib. But I don’t know which other printer might have the same one.

The part number for the cassette assembly of the IP4500 is : QM3-2720-000.
I have no idea if similar models have the same cassete assembly. Possibly the IP4400 or IP4600 ?
This is not a part that needs replacing often. I doubt if you'd ever find a buyer for it. Other spares with more resale value are the PSU, the logic board and specially the printhead.

Oops, Maximilian59 was faster. :D

I didn't notice but the simplified service manual from manuallibs also contains a parts catalog. and the parts numbers posted by maximilian59 are correct. The part number QM3-9399 from the Ebay seller could then be for a complete unit meaning cassette QM3-2720-000 + cover QC2-1925-000.

Thanks, all. Good point about not being needed often.

My story is that one got lost in moving, so I bought one. Then, of course, the lost one came to light!

Grrrrr..........
