Paper for lawful document

Hi,
I'm looking for suggestions for paper for a document I am preparing. It will be in a small booklet style that I can put in my back pocket. It will have only a dozen pages or less and I will sew the pages together and then glue a cover over the front and back.
The requirements are that ;
it can be printed with a laser printer (probably),
water resistant,
thick enough so it is not going to bleed pen or stamp ink to the other pages behind, but yet not heavy,
flexible

I appreciate any suggestions.

Get yourself some goatskin paper, its ideal for what you want it for..
