I have noticed that sometimes the drums are not recognized and shut the printer down for no reason. Mainly Magenta, this happens on two out of four of our printers

I have noticed that sometimes the drums are not recognized and shut the printer down for no reason. Mainly Magenta, this happens on two out of four of our printers

Does it happen frequently, like once a month?
And do you use oem drums?
