OEM wholesale suppliers

Hi, Thanks for all the great advice it is really appreciated by a newbie such as myself. I am setting up a cartridge retail outlet in the UK , but I am finding it difficult to find wholesalers of OEM ink cartridges. Does anybody know where I can get wholesale / trade prices for buying in bulk? I contacted the OEM sites themselves and have found a couple of dodgy looking suppliers in China. Do retailers normally get these from the manufacturer directly or are there designated wholesale suppliers in the UK/Europe?
