You don't say what you want. Hobbicolors sends to Canada at no increase in price over US addresses and they process orders like lightning. They have a store on eBay which is quite convenient.

If you are looking for OEM Compatible bulk ink, www.precisioncolors.com is located in Canada. They sell ink that is manufactured by Image Specialists (IS); this is clearly stated on their site.

On their site, they provide a list of their formula numbers for each cartridge by printer manufacturer (e.g. Canon, Epson, etc). Their formula numbers match the formula numbers published on the IS site. They state that they never substitute formulas, so you always know what you are getting.
