Wow, I wonder what happened here. So both images you posted are printed with same Octoink black ink which solved the problems with OCP black but first is when printer worked OK, and last print is from today?
If nozzle check is fine, I don't have any suggestions except incompatible inksets, but if it worked before
Are you sure software settings are the same as before, maybe this is software problem?
Then I can suggest to take another black ink cart flush it and fill with OCP black, perform ink cleaning cycles and test by printing same image. If the problem goes away then the "Octoink black" does not work with your inkset. You need to consider using all colors from "Octoink" or different inkset altogether.
And yes I even reinstalled the driver. I am printing from LR and
Yes I guess I will have to refill the OCP black. Also, it just occurred to me that this looks like a color is missing in the b/w mix? Is that possible?
When you print B&W on the Pro 100 it uses 6 colours (Quality = High) when using Glossy paper and 6 colours (Quality = Standard) on plain or Matte paper also..
Either use the Manual Colour Adjustment in the print driver or profile your inks to solve your colour cast problem, simple..

This doesn't look like any clog I've ever seen.Yes mixing third party inks is nor recommended by far, because more serious problems like clogs can happen if inks react together etc.
The probable cause and two suggested solutions have been posted. Did you try either solution? I also suggest that you just use OEM black. It's expensive if you're doing black and white printing, but it is presumably better than the alternatives.Of course the original problem mentioned with OCP black ink has returned. Now we can conclude by stating beyond any doubt that OCP black does not work properly with the Pro-100.
