No Cyan in High Quality Mode

My Canon i560 has stopped printing most of the cyan in High Quality mode. It prints okay in Normal Mode. Removing/cleaning the print head assembly and running multiple deep cleanings have not fixed the problem -- the overall quality of the printing is just like brand-new, except that the blue is missing in High Quality.

I have reloaded the printing driver and reset the printer (unplugging the power cord, waiting a minute then plugging it back in). No change.

Any help would be appreciated.

What cleaning fluid did you use? Try Windex that contains Ammonia. Look up the FAQ in this forum for information of how to unclog a Canon print head. Since this has been asked and answered many times you will find lots of answer there. Good luck.
