Newer Epson chips

Good morning-
I am trying to set up a third party refillable cartridge system with my Epson xp-7100 printer (410 or 410 xl ink cartridges). I have searched high and low and cannot find either one time use or arc chips for this model. I would use a chip resetter but this model is not listed with the current 9 pin resetters. I have attached a photo of the chip that comes with the Epson cartridges. Thank you!

However, I believe Epson won some court decisions preventing these chips fro being sold for use in the Untied States (OK in Canada and elsewhere though).
