The Hat may be enjoying a refreshment so I'll pitch in.
Your health stratman Hic.. Shlinte :drool
I use this easy conversion with my cartridges 1gm weight = 1ml of ink in volume
So 10gm = 10 ml.. It works for me...:thumbsup

1. Will a 221 cartridge fit a CLI8 printer (MP600)? No
2. If it fits, do I need to change the chips? Yes
3. Will a resetter for the CLI-8, reset the 221? No

Thanks, AlP.S. My guess is yes, yes, no.
A 221 cartridge will however fit a BCI-6 printer..:)
I just bought a iP6000D (a six cartridge BCI-6 printer), and I have a iP6600D (a six cartridge CLI-8 printer).
Now for the question-
Will the CLI-8 cartridges work in the iP6000D (BCI-6) printer?
Thank you for all your help.
Al

I sorted answered that question earlier with the 221 cartridge,
so yes the CLI-8s will work in your iP6000; in fact I use the CLI-8s in my i9950 with no problems..:)

I would recommend getting a new cart. The cartridges are only meant to be refilled a few times, after that they are garbage.

All of them! LOL
What? Really? So sorry but if you are speaking about OEM carts, I and I bet many others here will strongly disagree with your statement. There are folks that have refilled OEM carts continually over a dozen and more times with no deterioration.

Can anyone steer me to the YOU TUBE movie demo on how to fill a cart using a scale. I watched it once part way and now I would like to see the whole thing. The guy was using a small mail scale I think. Ive been searching but no luck so far.
Thanx!!

Here is a link to a thread discussing a set of scales for you.
