Need a printer

Used to have HP Deskjet printers but got tire of the ink issues and the incompatibility with refilled cartridges. Moved up to Canon G6020 and man was I happy, but got hit with waste tank when it pematurely gave out on me in regards to the Black feed tube getting clogged. My next printer is going to have to be an all in one because got rid of the flatbed scanner when got the canon. My priorities are
A.) cheap ink without being cornered into manufactures cartridges due to chip or printer looking for cartridge serial numbers and if it isn't happy goes into self destruct mode.
B.)reliability for a price or make it disposable cheap
C.)Good resolution as every once in a while I make Business cards or a photo but mostly do just postage and documents.
D.) need auto duplex, easy way to insert envelopes, along with the printer being an all in one
E.) I'd rather it not be wireless as that is in my opine just inviting trouble.
I don't even know what make to go for, so all help is appreciated.
BTW my budget for a reliable printer is $160 or $90 for disposable I am not afraid of open box, but wary of seller refurbished or just used.

Did you replace the service/waste ink box ? And/or did you replace the black printhead ?

Try the Canon Maxify, it’s a little pricier but has everything you’ve asked for and more, there are many models to choose from..

when I got to the inkpads too many clips and such got busted and not to mention springs that couldn't be replaced it turned into junk.

Looked up canon maxify and the price range is like $600 diff between their cheapest to more expensive. Got any numbers in particular that I should go with?

The $600 one is the Multi tank printer and is way overpriced, you can pick up the smaller cart ones for less than half price than that big beast, there are about 5 different models to choose from.. I got a MB5155..

My latest purchase was for a MB2750 from the Canon website and it was about €140, much cheaper than a print head.. They are the Dogs Gúna..
