MX700 ink tank refilled, but still recognized as empty. Please help :)

Hello everyone
today I just refilled my mx700's black ink tank. When I installed it back into my printer, the tank is still being recognized an empty tank and pops up warnings. How could I fix this problem? Please help, thank you.

The PGI-5 and CLI-8 cartridges have chip needed to be reseted after refill. Did you reset the chip with a resetter?

No, I don't know how to reset the chip inside nor did the shop who helped me to refill my ink tank. Could you please tell me how to reset? thank you.

You need to buy a resetter. Watch the following video on how to use a rstter to rest the cartridge.
