Sorry @jimbo123, I don’t have an AIO to check or photo for you, but yours may not have this type of sensor, if it is not visible with a closer inspection.any chance you could take or find me a pic of the "little plastic arm" ?
It may have the electronic sensor type, which has been left open and the way to close the sensor is to hand feed a narrow sheet into the printer and out the other side, this will trigger a successful paper feed, try pressing the cancel button when the paper gets near the front rollers.
