Mp640 - any alternative AIO printer that's refillable

As the Mp640 has disappeared except for a few at silly prices can anyone recommend an all in one that can be refilled and has the same performance?

I would prefer Canon but I think the replacement 6150 has carts that are not (yet) refillable.

Canon refurbished printers are excellent value (I bought one a couple of years ago).

But here in the UK, Canon Outlet only sell them on Ebay Auctions (seller name "canon_uk1"). The average selling price for an MP640 is about $120 - $125 including postage (at the current exchange rate). It's a pity Canon USA won't ship to the UK.

I found the Canon outlet on eBay and may have a punt.

To be more specific I need the following in my AIO printer

Wifi and/or ethernet connectivity
Duplex printing
Scanning facility
Refillable carts
A4 size is OK
