In this thread I discuss a problem I was having with my filament.
I decided to take my 20+ year old dehydrator and modify it a bit to dry out the filament and remove moisture.
I could have just cut-up the trays, but I may want to use them someday...
So, I just took some cardboard and clear plastic (2 liter soda bottle) and made this:
You can see the mini-roll of filament and the desiccant I dried out.
I dried the filament for 2 hours at 115 F. and it worked great! (I'll probably dry it out longer next time).
