Missing Email notifications

I normally get an Email notification when somebody starts a conversation with me or posts a reply in a conversation.

I got an Email when I got a conversation on Jan 26, but no Email for conversations started on May 15 and May 25. I miss the Email notification but luckily the little red alert numbers in the upper right corner still show at log in.

I don't think I inadvertently have changed any settings, this is from the settings, I don't see anything wrong?

Hi @PeterBJ, you’re not alone with site setting going astray, but I got the opposite problem to you, I am getting notification on all sorts of things that I don’t have set in my Messaging Preferences, and Management says nothing has change, but I will notify them again for you...

Thank you for the info. I also subscribe to the forum newsletter, and it seems to be sent out weekly. Do you know if newsletters were sent out at May 16th and May 23rd?

Ops, there wasn’t one sent on the 16th May, but the 23rd did make it, I reckon you’re the only one that noticed the missing issue, they should have Volume labels on them, we’ll have to kick some ass for this...

That's odd. Any chance they got filtered into a spam box? Have they completely stopped, or just a gap? Meaning: is the problem consistent and/or still happening? Is it isolated to specific conversations? I'll send you a test.

I got the opposite problem to you, I am getting notification on all sorts of things that I don’t have set in my Messaging Preferences

This should be a much easier problem to solve. Let me know which specific items you don't want to receive notification emails on and I'll show you where to toggle the setting.

I received the test conversation, but sadly no Email notification, not even in the spam folder. It seems the notification has stopped.

Odd, do you get it even when you're logged in?

Also, when you "reject" it, are you clicking the "X" or are you clicking "No, thanks"?
