Can anyone recommend a legitimate place to get a genuine Canon Pixma Pro-100 Printhead? I wish I had one of these printers when they were practically giving away the heads with an ink set. I was sold a "working beautifully" Pixma Pro-100 printer from someone on FB marketplace. I got home and started testing it and immediately got a B200 error with a couple ink carts empty from the set.

I ordered a new set of ink hoping it would clear. The B200 error cleared, but was replaced with the printer flashing five times. Which according to the service manual, is a faulty printhead. I'm a little upset that this guy told me it prints and then clearly doesn't. But I would like to replace the printhead and continue using it.

Here and here are posts confirming that Canon service tool v5204 can reset the Pro-100 and Pro-10. This version can be bought from E-bay.

Here is a post about resetting an MG5250 with service tool v3400. The procedure for entering service mode and doing the reset is the same for Pro-100 and v5204 of the service tool.

Thanks for those details. The difficulty is in disassembly of the printer to get at and replace the ink waste pad. If there is a u-tube video of this procedure for the Pro 10, Pro 100 (probably same design as Pro 200 and 300) it would be helpful.
