List of Epson Printers that do not use Geographical Resional Chipsets in Carts

Hi Folks does a list exist of Epson printers that do not use the regionalised chipsets in?
Specifically does anyone know if the Epson Stylus Pro 3880 use a regionalised chipset.

I live in NZ but want to buy from USA or HK.
I already do this for 4800, 7600, 9600, 7800, 9800

I don't know but wouldn't the power supply/plug be an issue too?

I use an Epson 3880 While ago I bought Cone ink and carts. Pry the chips off the OEM carts and fill up, and away you go, almost as simple as that. Dont have any of the other printers specified

Epson Pro 3880 carts or oem chips are NOT regional
same goes to the R3000

I have seen both machines on exhibitions on travel, would be a shame if a norwegian crew in austrialia on a photo convention would suffer from "no ink" due to geography limitations

That is what I was saying. The Epson "consumer" printers certainly are in many cases, I can't buy refill carts for my Artisan for that reason, so I went to CISS and its working just fine one year on.
