Has anyone got access to a maintenance manual or knows of any websites that give details about the service of these machines.
I have the problem of blotches on most printouts. Have tried laser printer cleaning sheets but without success.

I Have checked their website and whilst there is tons of stuff about products, printer drivers etc there is nothing about service details.
I guess they would say get someone to come and service it, as it is more the type of printer you would get in a small firm rather than something you would have at home.
It would be far to expensive for me to go down this route and am happy having a go myself providing some guidance is available. I did note in one post some time ago one person was able to get service manuals for various laser printers & that's the type of thing I would be after (depending on cost)
