Hi all,
I've got a Laserjet 4100 manufactured Feb 1999 that has done 44,000 pages since new. However, a while ago it started always jamming under the toner cartridge on the last page after a large print-out. The jammed page is never part of the print-out - the whole print-out has been completed and ejected - it's an additional spurious page. The jam always happen when the paper is just under the lip of the black surface under the toner cartridge, always at the exact same place. The attached pictures will show this.
How can I fix this issue please?
Many thanks!
