Chose the best pattern by visual inspection, then enter that number into the correct box. THEN click OK.

Can you give me example ? when I see striped what value most entered depend on what ? on old value ? i.e if its +5 for B striped then choose +1?
Going on this sample you supplied I would use 0 for the D block, you need to choose a block that has the least amount of white stripes in it..

It would help if you posted an all new complete alignment in higher Resolution..

Using the test sheet supplied by @The Hat in post #5 as an example I find the least striped fields in the columns: A=0, B=1, C=1, D=1, E=1, F=2, G=2, H=0, I=0, J=0, K=-1 and L=-1. Notice that for some columns it is a bit difficult to find the least striped field, I think the best fields in the columns E, G, J and K are difficult to determine. Also notice that the best field in a column is not necessarily perfect, the instruction tells to determine the least striped field, so the best field in a column might be a bit striped.

The values for each column must all be entered before clicking OK.

I unpacked the .rar archive and it looks to me that there are problems with columns B, C and E. I would select values of values of B=5, C=5, D=1 and E=-2. This is very much the same as you selected.

I think the broken vertical lines are likely caused by bad print head alignment, but they could also be caused by a dirty timing strip. You could try cleaning the timing strip with a piece of soft tissue paper moistened with a window cleaner with ammonia. To get access to clean the timing strip: Open the printer as if you would change an ink cartridge. When the print head carriage is in the cartridge change position pull the mains cord without first turning the printer off. You can now slide the print head carriage from side to side. I don't know your printer but hopefully you can now access all of the timing strip for cleaning.

@PeterBJ I change to refillable cartridges PGI-450xl, CLI-451xl ?! Maybe its reason for this ? Print Head nozzle check OK,

I don't think the refillable cartridges are causing the problem as the nozzle check looks perfectly fine to me.
