IP7250 keeps on clogging magenta

I experience a IP7250 which is clogging magenta roughly three (3) A4 prints after heavy cleaning with cold tap water and deep cleaning.
First nozzle check looks fine. Second check shows various lines in magenta. Control print of A4 picture shows no magenta.
I'm using non OEM (3rd party) ink.
My confusion is that clogging is only happening with magenta.
Any ideas?


I've already tried:
New cartridge.

Can it be the bottom sealing in the cartridge compartment (leaking)?

1) never use deep cleaning, only regular cleaning with some time from the first to the next one.

2) don't print nothing unless nozzle checks if the head is still clogged or you will risk to burn the head cause no ink will flow cooling the printhead.

3) if it's possible when you rinse something use demineralized water and not tap water

The channel could be partly clogged, for the cartridge it could be that the ink you using if 3d party have some problems.

A solution could be clean the head with pharmacist solution, purge the cartridge and refill it with better ink. Also use original cartridges for refilling.

Hot water is more efficient than cold water. Dissolver is much more efficient than water. Please see enclosed picture of deep cleaning

I've now tried a bought cleaner for printhead with poor result.
My printer (IP7250) keeps missing magenta in the print.
After a deep clean the nozzle check showns magenta with one or two short lines. In the next nozzle check magenta is missing 100%.

Can anyone think of a reason?

Presently I have two printheads with magenta problems and tried 3 different non OEM inks (and cartridges).

You have to be patient. It can take a few days to clean severe clogged nozzles. It took me two weeks to bring an old printhead of a IP4200 back to life. I used the cleaning solution from the forum. Changed it every two days. After a few cleaning cycles all colors are back with starting from a little cyan.
With one color making problems I suggest to drop also the solution on the back side as often, as you remember to do. I also wetted a folded kitchen paper and pressed the head carefully on it. You should see fluid coming out on the ink inlets.

It takes time to desolve cloggs......
This is my recent Nozzle Checks with an old printer(MG7550), then after 24 hours and finally after additional 48 hours......soaked in Ajax Kitchen
