It's german only, but they accept paypal and email for shipping and handling cost to the USA. Email in english possible.

Postleitzahl = ZIP code
Ort = place

But you can fill in a form here:

and ask for shipping costs and what you want. They will send you a personalized Paypal invoice to be paid by you and then you have to wait 7-10 days for the ink to arrive.
