They are even higher if you buy from the only available US distributor that I know of and that is inkjetcartridge.com. They only sell Inktec ink in the small syringes/bottles but I find that a very convenient way to handle ink and worth the higher price.
Don't buy their compatible cartridges, they are not necessarily made by Inktec.
I also don't recommend Inktec's pigment black ink for the BCI-3eBk. It has clogged the purge units on about ten MP780's that I have supplied ink for (after many years of service). Someday, I plan to test Inktec's pigment black ink for the PGI-5Bk to see if it has the same problem but that's way in the future.
