Hi,
I am trying to determine the best ink for my Canon Pixma MP630. I have previously tried ink from MIS (it's unclear to me whether this was Image Specialists ink or not). What I found with the MIS inks is that the colours were very good, but the greyscale (e.g. black & white photos) came out very green looking compared to the genuine Canon ink . I'm a bit of a novice, so haven't mucked around with colour profiles etc.
Has anyone else experienced this with with greyscale printing with non-OEM inks?
What's inks whould you recommend? I really want something that I don't have to mess about with custom colour profiles.
I am tempted to give Image Specialists (from Precision Color) a try as price and shipping are very affordable (I am in New Zealand).
Thanks
