No idea if this has been covered before but while looking around youtube at printer related videos i came across this...

Seems quite a clever idea as long as you do not move the printer regularly (that could spill the ink) and keep an eye on it see it does not overfill/flow. Apart from those little issues it seems a practically zero cost, ghetto like way to not fill your waste ink pad.
Just thought a few Epson fans would be interested
