i9950 Magenta printing problems

GHWELLSJR....Well, the print head arrived today, installed it and viola, all working fine again.

Have cleaned up the old print head and will store it for future troubleshooting.

Thank you so much for your help and advice. Saved me a bunch of money and enabled us to keep using a printer that has done some nice prints for us.

Help needed

Like many of us have a problem with my i9950.
I replaced the printhead and put new cartridges.
Reset as advised
But nothing changes.
The printer prints from photoshop with a dominant magenta and management of the printer printing in only black and white layer.
What should be done?
Where can I download the file from "George" for cleaning?

Where do you see a file for cleaning?

Have you followed the processes outlined in this thread, especially with regard to the purge unit?
