I need an ink jet capable of printing very fine lines. Suggestions?

I need to be able to print a graphic design with very fine black lines and to exact scale (if possible). Does anyone here know of an ink jet printer able to do this?

All inkjet printers can print very fine lines, the problem is with the software is it able to send the right information to the printer.
What are you going to print?

What size is your prints A4 A3 or wide format?
Can you use CAD program?
Can you use CorelDraw or other vector drawing program?

I know this is an inkjet forum, so maybe this isn't the right answer - but have you considered a laser printer? Fine, high-precision black printing is what they do best, and the prices on small home laser printers are bringing them closer to the inkjet range...
