I have a Pro 100 and use Precision colors ink. I am having continual clogs with light grey. My problems started after doing about 80 5 x 7 prints on rag paper. I have cleaned the print head a number of times but that only seems to help for a very short time. I would appreciate any suggestions.
I will post pics of my ink carts in case anyone thinks they are the problem. Thank-you!

1. Check that your vent passage is clear.
2. Try flushing the tank if above is OK alternatively use a different known good condition tank.

Don’t go blaming the ink on your own refilling issues, use a different cart and try again, or purge the grey cart and then refill, next time don’t use the cart after you see the on screen low warning.. That’s most likely what’s causing your problem..
P.S. Try using a little less ink in the cart with your next refill..
