I have seriously screwed something up

Help! What have I done wrong? Have I filled the ink into the wrong cartridge? I am using octoinks. The faces are far too red. This happens when I use Photoshop, or I just print off the Canon software. It is a Pro10s. The above is from the monitor and the below is the print.

My guess is that you have accidentally refilled the photo magenta cartridge with regular magenta ink.

Could you upload a scan of a nozzle check and if possible also a new photo of the print after having adjusted the white balance of the camera? A scan of the print might have a better white balance.

Thank you for your help.
I scanned the photo and the nozzel check. The nozzel check didn't come out so I photographed it.
When I get home from work I will photo the photo with my camera and not my phone and upload it.

I think the photo of the nozzle check is good enough to confirm that the photo magenta cartridge was refilled with regular magenta ink. In the nozzle check magenta, photo magenta, cyan, photo cyan and possibly also red should all be the same colour strength. The photo magenta stripe has a stronger colour than the other stripes, indicating that regular magenta was used for refill. I think the scanned photo also suggests that regular magenta was used instead of photo cyan.

I don't know if the photo magenta cartridge can be flushed and refilled with the proper ink, else a new photo magenta cartridge will be needed.

Thank you so much. I will buy a new photo magenta cartridge. Do I need a new photo cyan also? Once installed I will need to flush the lines. Do I do a nozzel clean or just run off a print.

That’s an easy fix with the Pro 10 carts, just empty the photo magenta cart and fill with 1 ml of photo magenta ink, then empty that out and just refill to full with the photo magenta ink and everything will be back to normal.

When the new or the flushed and refilled photo magenta cartridge is installed a regular, not deep cleaning of the printhead will be sufficient to remove the wrong ink.
